All registrations are subject to availability. Program fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided by the academy.
Students are expected to attend classes on time and follow the instructions of academy coaches and staff. Repeated disruptive behavior may result in suspension from programs.
Participants should be physically fit to take part in sports activities. Parents or guardians must inform the academy of any medical conditions, allergies, or special requirements before participation.
Baseline Tennis Academy reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel classes due to weather conditions, facility availability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
While every effort is made to provide a safe training environment, participation in sports activities involves inherent risks. Baseline Tennis Academy shall not be held responsible for injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
The academy may use photographs or videos taken during classes, events, or tournaments for promotional and marketing purposes unless a written request is submitted to opt out.
Students, parents, and visitors are expected to treat coaches, staff, and fellow participants with respect. Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal from academy activities.
